The Villa
The villa has recently been built and has been used as a "Model" home by the builder for prospective purchasers. As a result many features have been upgraded.
The house consists of four large bedrooms, two having their own en-suite bathrooms. There is also a third bathroom, which connects with another bedroom. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. The villa is fully air-conditioned and beautifully furnished.
To the rear is a large 24 foot by 12 foot swimming pool with covered lani (Patio) complete with loungers to soak up the Florida sun. The pool deck has been extended and is fully enclosed with “pool mesh” to keep out any insects etc. The pool can be heated during the winter months at an additional cost if required.
The design of the villa is open-plan. The large and fully equipped kitchen has its own dining area, and this leads on to the lounge area which has a high cathedral roof. There are large and comfortable sofas present, one of which converts into a double bed if required. The lounge has a television and access to cable T.V. The layout of the villa lends itself perfectly for two families sharing.
Leading from the kitchen is the garage where there are both a large washing machine and tumble drier available. Cleaning and laundry services are available on request. The villa is maintained and serviced by one of Central Florida’s largest management companies who will be on hand if any problems occur 24 hours a day.

- Seaworld and Universal studios 20 minutes.

- There are many excellent golf courses within a few minutes of the villa.
